AFYA LLC is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers.

DUTIES IN THIS POSITION INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Be knowledgeable about restaurant packaging products, disposables and janitorial products

Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion

Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems

Answer questions about the products

Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements

Collaborate with colleagues in within Afya LLC

Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs

Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network

Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale

Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers

Physical endurance, as Sales Representatives may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations.

Ability to secure government and corporate contracts

Ability to deal with all food/beverage and janitorial service business owners regardless their backgrounds.

Able to speak English fluently (bilingual candidate who speaks English, Vietnamese and/or Spanish is desirable)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Continuously improve through feedback

REQUIREMENTS

Proven work experience as a sales representative

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Familiarity with using marketing platforms along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
