New Construction Residential Sales Representative DH Pace Company located in Denver, Colorado aspires to hire an experienced New Construction Residential Sales Representative who will specialize in building relationships and selling door and door products to residential general contractors and builders.

Compensation: Starting at $65,000 based on experience

Responsibilities

Design customized door solutions

Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily.

Make sales presentations that include product samples and design software

Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess customer’s needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services.

Build solid, long‑lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory

Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards

Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals.

Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Two (2) years outside selling experience to general contractors and builders

Mechanical aptitude (Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable)

Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers

Must possess valid driver’s license

Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills

Other duties as assigned
