- Lead the conceptual development and design execution of assigned brand and campaign initiatives
- Create graphic content for brand and ticketing campaigns across a variety of platforms such as social media, email, mobile, digital, out-of-home, in-game, merchandise, and more
- Ensure all visual assets meet the brand standards of the Florida Panthers
- Stay up to date on the latest creative trends, driving innovation and encouraging others to explore new creative outputs
- Guide brand consistency across executions in collaboration with the creative, motion, and content teams
- Attend weekly status and creative brainstorming meetings
- Support the social team with in-game content, and react with custom graphics when necessary
- Provide constructive critique to elevate design quality and maintain creative standards
- A minimum of 5+ years of related work experience
- Advanced knowledge of typography, layouts, design fundamentals, print, and digital
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Prior experience in sports, live events, and/or entertainment industry is a plus but not necessary
- Candidate must be able to adapt to ever-changing requests, design edits and/or revisions and must be able to take direction and produce an approved finished product in a timely manner
- Extremely detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while contributing to multiple projects with aggressive development schedules
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with 3D or motion graphics is a plus but not necessary
