Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with dealerships, customers, and partners

Prospect, present, and close new business opportunities in the Auto market

Educate dealers and customers on leasing options, programs, and benefits

Hit and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service

Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

Travel locally to meet with dealerships and customers (with gas allowance provided)

Qualifications

Proven sales experience (automotive, finance, or B2B sales a plus)

Strong closer mentality with excellent communication skills

Self-motivated, competitive, and hungry to succeed

Ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term relationships

Organized, goal-oriented, and driven by results

Willing to roll up your sleeves and work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment

Benefits

Earning potential of $75K–$250K

annually

Base pay + commission structure

Gas allowance + limited entertainment budget
