Regional Account Manager

Role Description We are seeking a contract Regional Account Manager to be Hybird with occasional meeting at the Fort Worth corporate office. In this role, you will develop and manage client relationships, generate and close sales opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative recycling solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, presenting ROVOX's AI and robotic solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and support. You will also contribute to market research and develop strategies to expand our market presence in the assigned region. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, account management and business development, particularly in technology or industrial sectors Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop growth strategies Experience with CRM software and proficiency in sales analytics Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently At least five years in the Waste and Recycling Industry or sales in relevant industry that works in recycling Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and recycling processes is an advantage We're looking for individuals that are living in each state listed: Oregon, Washington, Florida, California, New York and New England
