Territory:
Greater Houston to East Texas Border Industry:
Portable Toilet/Sanitation Rentals Base Salary:
$50,000 + Uncapped Commission
We are hiring a
self-motivated Outside Sales Representative
to generate new business and grow recurring rental revenue throughout the
Houston to East Texas
region. This is a
remote, field-based role
with significant time spent prospecting and visiting customer sites.
Responsibilities
Prospect and close new business accounts
Sell portable toilet rentals and related services
Build long-term, recurring customer relationships
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Travel throughout Houston and East Texas territory
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding
Track sales activity and pipeline
Compensation & Pay Base Salary:
$50,000 per year
Commission (Scalable & Uncapped):
Commission is paid on new monthly recurring rental revenue:
2% on $0–$5,000
4% on $5,001–$10,000
6% on $10,001–$15,000
8% on $15,000+
Paid monthly
Based on collected revenue
Strong upside for high performers
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
$80,000–$100,000+ Top performers can exceed OTE.

Qualifications
2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience
Construction, industrial, or rental industry experience preferred
Comfortable prospecting and working independently
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
Results-driven, self-starter mindset
