Senior Purchasing Manager

Your Responsibilities:
Drive the bidding process and manage all contracts, ensuring timely invoice submissions, tracking project budgets, and working closely with Field Managers to guarantee contractor compliance.
Negotiate favorable costs using national production builder pricing and innovatively source products to maximize cost efficiency and enhance aesthetic appeal.
Collaborate with senior management to define specification levels and project requirements.
Create detailed scopes of work and budgets for each renovation project.
Monitor the performance of General Contractors and subcontractors, providing training and implementing termination when necessary.
Actively seek and establish relationships with new contractors and vendors through networking and outreach, ensuring proper registration prior to project commencement.
About You:
You have over 5 years of purchasing experience from a major home builder or remodeling company.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent computer skills.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is essential.
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
