Fractional Yardi Conversion Specialist

Overview
Our Vaco client is seeking a detail-oriented consultant to support a multi-property conversion from AppFolio to Yardi. The role begins with system familiarization and meetings, then moves into full data extraction and conversion. Work will be completed one property at a time, end-to-end, with possible parallel system activity beginning with year-end 2025 balances. Responsibilities
Pulling data from AppFolio, performing GL mapping, running trial balances, reviewing vendor and lease data (including tenant receivables), validating accuracy, and entering lease information into Yardi as new setups. Work will be completed one property at a time, end-to-end. Support may include parallel system activity beginning with year-end 2025 balances. Qualifications
Experience migrating data between systems Yardi or Yardi conversion experience highly preferred Strong GL accounting background (AR, AP, leases, investment accounting, capital rollforwards) Experience reviewing and inputting lease data Familiarity with ETL-style Excel files Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivots, mid-volume data) Duration: 20 to 25 hours a week through 12/31/2026 Compensation and Additional Information
