driven, creative, and self-motivated Marketing & Events Coordinator
to join our team and support both
Boston Event Guide
and
Bridal Bash
events. We’re looking for an outgoing professional with a passion for
marketing, partnerships, social media, and event promotions
to help grow sponsorships, partnerships, and ticket sales—while creating unforgettable event experiences.
This role reports directly to the
CEO & Founder
and offers the chance to make a
hands-on impact
in growing some of Boston’s most dynamic events.

10,000 to 20,000+
through marketing, partnerships, and influencers. Create

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales and event visibility. Update ticketing platforms and dashboards daily. Respond and book to inbound group ticket inquiries. Create and monitor tracking links for influencers, affiliates and partners.
Marketing, Social Media & PR Manage event listings, press releases, and outreach for media coverage. Oversee all social media platforms: create content calendars, campaigns, and engagement strategies. Respond to all event customer inquiries Draft and schedule
daily marketing emails and social posts
for upcoming events. Research, coordinate, and communicate with influencers to promote events and attend as ambassadors.
Partnerships & Sponsorships Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, vendors, and partners; manage renewals and expansions. Research and establish partnerships with groups, influencers, ambassadors, and community connectors. Prospect and pitch new sponsors/vendors while responding to inbound opportunities.
Event Planning & Execution Coordinate event logistics: staffing, vendors, sponsors, giveaways, and venues. Create and maintain event pages, listings, and partner cross-promotions. Oversee and communicate with guests, vendors, and sponsor participation at events. Manage event planning: setup, staffing, vendors, sponsors, content (photo/video). Survey guests to gather feedback and maintain an
85%+ Net Promoter Score (NPS) .
