As a Card Marketing Senior Associate on our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering strong acquisition performance and managing ambitious annual targets, while continuously identifying and implementing innovative testing and optimization initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive incremental growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and execute overall marketing activities for Public Card Marketplace
Identify opportunities to maximize card acquisitions
Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence
Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies
Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
3+ years of relevant marketing experience
Strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment
Excellent project and time management capabilities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Experience in acquisitions or cross-functional marketing program execution
Data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Be a highly motivated self-starter and demonstrate desire to problem
