Rockwoods is seeking an experienced Braze marketing automation to lead the end-to-end technical delivery of complex, multi-channel Braze campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Braze and other marketing automation platforms, along with strong technical leadership capabilities.
About the Role
The Braze / marketing automation will be responsible for leading the implementation and execution of advanced Braze campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and execution of advanced Braze campaigns across multiple channels. Design and build scalable customer journeys using Braze Canvas while ensuring compliance with best practices for deliverability and data privacy. Leverage Liquid scripting to create highly personalized and dynamic content. Architect and manage integrations between Braze and enterprise systems such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce), CMS platforms, data warehouses, and e-commerce solutions. Configure and maintain Braze SDKs, events, and attributes to enable accurate targeting and audience segmentation in collaboration with data and engineering teams. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to marketing technologists and development teams. Establish and enforce strong QA processes, supporting A/B testing and ongoing campaign optimization. Serve as the primary technical escalation point for Braze and its integrated platforms. Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Braze and other marketing automation platforms. Strong technical leadership capabilities. Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Familiarity with CMS platforms, data warehouses, and e-commerce solutions.
