We’re looking for a talented, driven Digital Content Strategist to support our growing B2B and B2C client roster. This role lives within our Digital department but collaborates closely with our Creative team.

The Digital Content Strategist is a multifaceted storyteller who lives all things content and social media. They are someone who can utilize a versatile mix of content strategy, brand-aligned copywriting and social-first storytelling to craft compelling narratives across different creative formats and digital platforms. They take what matters most to clients and turn it into stories that meet audiences where they are, using tone, style and voice to craft everything from long‑form LinkedIn articles to social posts that spark real conversations.

You’ll develop optimized digital content across all social, web, email and emerging channels. Working alongside Digital, Creative and Client teams, you’ll build social media calendars, messaging frameworks and content that inspires engagement and meets business goals. You’ll elevate creative ideas using platform insights, community dynamics, industry trends and analytics to ensure every piece aligns with brand strategy and delivers meaningful impact.

Digital Content Strategist Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of organic social strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Reddit, developing content that feels native to each channel.

Build and manage social content calendars that bring together brand messaging, audience needs and campaign priorities, helping content flow in a clear, timely and intentional way.

Engage directly with client communities to spark conversation, build relationships and elevate brand voice across platforms.

Monitor and respond to community interactions in a timely, brand‑aligned manner, bringing awareness of audience behavior and platform trends to every touchpoint.

Craft compelling, brand‑aligned copy for social posts, blogs, websites and email that feels clear, engaging and true to each client’s voice.

Develop long‑form content, like LinkedIn articles and SEO‑friendly web copy, that helps clients share their expertise.

Ability to interpret and analyze social media performance metrics and articulate what is working, what isn’t and how to adjust content accordingly.

Contribute to client relationships by delivering on projects by addressing client challenges, enacting proactive problem solving and anticipating client needs.

Juggle multiple projects while maintaining a professional attitude to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines. Handle extra/unplanned time demands positively and constructively.

Qualifications

2-5 years

of experience of digital and social media content creation , preferably in an agency or in‑house marketing department setting.

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills – with a focus on what works well for social media captions, hooks and copy.

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite.

Familiarity with social media metrics and reporting.

Deep knowledge and passion for current and emerging social platforms, trends, platform/format‑specific communication styles, audience behaviors and algorithms.

Keen eye for what works on social media, from concept to final production.

Strong collaborative skills and ability to conceptualize in both group and individual settings.

Bonus points for experience with

Content management systems

Social media scheduling and reporting tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite)

AI platform (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Writer) usage in organizational setting

AI Operations project management

Generative search optimization best practices

Influencer/content creator partnerships

Photography and/or live video capture
