Marketing Strategy & Execution
Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing plans across digital, event, and in-store channels.
Oversee event planning and execution for national trade shows, roadshows, and promotional activations.
Supervise and support junior marketing staff or interns as needed in day-to-day marketing operations.
Brand & Content Management
Manage company presence across digital E‑commerce platforms, including website and social media (Instagram, Rednote, Facebook, etc.). Review and approve marketing materials and promotional content for brand consistency and accuracy.
Coordinate content capture (photos/videos) at events to support storytelling and digital engagement.
Customer Engagement & Sales Support
Collaborate with sales teams to plan campaigns and support key account promotions.
Analyze customer feedback, event ROI, and campaign metrics to improve future initiatives.
Support in preparing sales kits, product samples, and presentation decks for meetings or events.
Market Research & Product Insights
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to provide insights to Sales and R&D teams.
Lead or support product tastings and sensory panels; provide feedback on flavor profile, packaging, and positioning.
Maintain competitor benchmarking documents and prepare periodic market reports.
Operational Coordination
Coordinate logistics for promotional events, including equipment, sample inventory, and transportation.
Communicate with external vendors for event support, branded collateral, and product shipment.
Maintain event calendars and marketing budget trackers; ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing preferred
Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
Minimum 3–4 years of E-commerce experience in the CPG or food industry preferred
Working knowledge of sales cycles according to customer types (retailers, wholesalers, food services, etc.); prior experience with Asian Ethnic retailers and wholesalers preferred
Self-driven and proactive with excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as needed
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, etc.
Compensation: Pay range $70,000–$90,000 per year, includes performance bonus
Onsite 5 days a week, Monday – Friday
