Entry-Level Sales & Event Marketing Assistant
role is perfect for outgoing, motivated individuals looking to start a career in
sales, marketing, events, or customer engagement
—no prior experience required. You’ll represent client brands and nonprofit partners at live events across Denver, engage directly with the public, and support promotional and fundraising campaigns. This role combines
sales, event execution, and community outreach , offering hands-on experience and clear opportunities for advancement. What You’ll Be Doing Represent client brands and nonprofit partners at live promotional and fundraising events Engage face-to-face with customers to promote products, services, or causes Support the planning, setup, and execution of local events Welcome and educate attendees about the brand or cause and how they can get involved Conduct presentations or demonstrations (client dependent) Complete customer or supporter registrations accurately Track daily interactions and assist with post-event reporting Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and improve event performance Participate in ongoing training and professional development What We’re Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and confident when interacting with the public Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments Comfortable working as part of a team and learning new skills quickly Willingness to work a full-time schedule and travel to local event sites No prior experience required

18 years of age or older Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to the Denver office Willingness to carpool to event locations Ability to work
8 hours/day, 6 days/week Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience Sales or customer service experience Event marketing or promotional experience Nonprofit, charity, or community outreach experience Compensation & Benefits Paid, hands-on training Base pay plus commission Average weekly earnings of
