
O.C. Tanner Jewelers in SLC is looking for a Communication Coordinator who is eager to provide the highest level of service to our internal staff and external customers. Our store is truly a Great Place to Work and is a fast-growing part of the O.C. Tanner Company.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
Become knowledgeable about our stores and respond to phone calls with professionalism, providing outstanding customer service and minimizing interruptions in other areas.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc. as needed.
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
Educate customers on store services and provide updates on repair and service timelines.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and CRM messaging.
Monitor shared concierge inbox.
Manage communication with customers regarding estimates, approvals, and updates for watch services.
Update and maintain repair and service tickets in the CRM.
Step in as a customer service specialist on the sales floor during high-volume times when needed.
Assist customer service with projects and special initiatives.
Required:
Ability to use Microsoft products with proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require occasional Saturdays, and/or holidays
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced store environment
Ability and desire to provide a luxury customer experience through individual service, conversation and relationship building
Organized and detail oriented
Quick learner - stay well informed of business developments
