Join a strong financial institution as a Senior Commercial Loan Analyst! We’re conducting screening calls and have a quick and seamless interview process available for qualified candidates. Duties and Responsibilities: Contact borrowers to track the receipt of necessary annual financial information; analyze financial statements to develop an assessment of borrowers' operating performance. Complete reviews of existing commercial loans and perform risk rating analysis. Ensure loan documentation is complete and accurate, and prepare detailed written analyses for various loan relationships. Research industry-specific information and assist loan officers by providing insights and answers to their queries. Present loan reviews to the committee, including providing logic and support for risk rating recommendations. Create and maintain comprehensive credit files, perform credit analysis, and generate reports based on the commercial loan portfolio. Conduct credit loan review due diligence, quantitative analysis, and compliance testing related to loan requirements. Prepare credit risk reviews for annual audits and stay compliant with all bank policies and applicable regulations. Analyze financial statements in conjunction with underwriting commercial loan requests and prepare detailed credit presentations. Collaborate with Loan Officers to assess borrowers' historical financial performance and review loan structures for potential risks. Maintain expert knowledge of industry and bank credit procedures and effectively manage vendor relationships. Qualifications and Skills: 3 to 10 years of experience in financial or credit analysis is required. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is necessary. Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential; experience with EasyLender, Cleartouch, OnBase, and CreditQuest is preferred. Prior experience in financial services or banking is advantageous.
