Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for automotive sales, and the ability to meet and exceed dealership goals. Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to dealership management. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process. Recruit, train, and develop new sales staff members. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Stay current with automotive industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
