What You'll Do:
Provide personalized nutrition consultations and education.
Complete nutrition assessments, consultations, and quarterly documentation.
Monitor patient weights, weight fluctuations, and nutrition-related risks.
Manage dietary supplements and tube feeding protocols.
Contribute to quality assurance audits and prepare for surveys.
Support dietary training initiatives and assist in cost control measures.
