What You'll Do:
Conduct one-on-one nutrition consultations and educational sessions
Perform thorough nutrition assessments, consultations, and quarterly documentation
Monitor patient weights, changes, and nutrition risks
Manage nutritional supplements and tube feeding protocols
Provide specialized nutrition care for dialysis patients and wound management
Engage in quality assurance audits and support survey preparations
Assist with dietary training sessions and cost control initiatives
