Position Summary
We’re looking for a high-performing
Account Executive
to drive broadband expansion into
multi-family housing
and
private road communities . Your mission: secure
Right of Entry (ROE) agreements with marketing rights
and close
bulk internet service contracts
that deliver value to residents and revenue to the business. You’ll be the face of our broadband brand—building trust with property owners, HOAs, and developers while unlocking new serviceable units.
This position will cover the Western Washington and Western Oregon markets. When they are not in market meeting with customers, they will work out of their home office. This position will report to our VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify
multi-dwelling units (MDUs), gated communities, and private developments for broadband service expansion.
Negotiate ROE agreements
that include
exclusive marketing rights , enabling on-site promotions, signage, and resident engagement.
Close bulk broadband contracts , tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each property (e.g., symmetrical speeds, managed Wi-Fi, smart home integration).
Build relationships
with property managers, real estate developers, and HOA boards to become their trusted connectivity partner.
Collaborate with legal, engineering, and marketing teams
to ensure seamless execution of agreements and rollout of services.
Leverage marketing rights
to drive resident adoption through events, digital campaigns, and co-branded materials.
Maintain accurate CRM records , track pipeline activity, and report on sales performance and territory growth.
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in broadband, telecom, or property services.
Proven success in
contract negotiation , especially ROE and marketing agreements.
Strong understanding of
broadband infrastructure ,
MDU wiring , and
community technology needs .
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting.
Performance Metrics
Number of ROE agreements with marketing rights secured
Volume and value of bulk broadband contracts closed
Growth in serviceable units and subscriber penetration
Resident satisfaction and retention rates
Preferred Experience
Experience selling fiber, managed Wi-Fi, or smart community solutions
Familiarity with HOA governance and property management workflows
Existing network of contacts in real estate or property development
Working Conditions
Ability to travel within a designated geographic region to meet clients.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on client schedules.
Ability to lift 20 lbs.
