About the Role

The Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers across the Lubbock territory. This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product or service solutions. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals. Success in this role directly impacts the company’s market presence and profitability by expanding the customer base and increasing sales volume. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide feedback that informs product development and marketing strategies. Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly (outgoing personality is a plus). Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed within assigned territory. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles. Knowledge of the specific industry or product line relevant to the company’s offerings. Ability to speak multiple languages to engage a diverse customer base. Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Provide exceptional post-sale support to foster long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to forecasting and reporting efforts. Skills
