We are looking for motivated, bilingual (Spanish-preferred) Sales Associates and Store Managers who enjoy helping customers, building trust, and creating a welcoming showroom experience.

About the Role You will be the front line of our Newark showroom, assisting customers in both English and Spanish, guiding them through furniture options, and helping them find solutions that fit their space, budget, and lifestyle. Store Managers will also oversee daily operations and support team performance.
Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Provide friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable service in
Spanish and English
Sales & Follow-Up:
Assist customers through the buying process, follow up on leads, and meet sales goals
Product Knowledge:
Learn our furniture collections, materials, and
eco-friendly features
Showroom Standards:
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready
Relationship Building:
Develop repeat customers and long-term community relationships
Problem Resolution:
Address customer questions or concerns professionally
Marketing Support:
Assist with light social media and in-store promotions (bilingual content a plus)
Leadership (Store Manager role):
Support daily operations, scheduling, and team performance
Qualifications
Retail sales experience required; furniture or home-goods experience preferred
Spanish fluency strongly preferred
(English required)
Strong communication and people skills
Reliable, motivated, and sales-driven
Organized with good follow-up habits
Comfortable using Google Suite; basic social media skills a plus
Professional appearance
Ability to work weekends and in a fast-paced retail environment
