They’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented
Sales Operations Assistant / Sales Support Coordinator
who aligns with their values and enjoys behind-the-scenes work that helps teams move faster and stay focused. This role supports their Account Managers by handling preparation, coordination, and setup tasks so the sales team can focus on selling and building client relationships.
This position is ideal for someone who loves structure, follow-through, and being the person who makes everything run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Support
Build and prepare quotes using Printavo
Organize client information and maintain accurate project records
Track project progress and ensure tasks move through each stage smoothly
Support Account Managers with setup and coordination needs
Production & Project Coordination
Create mockups for shirts and merchandise
Project manage screen print jobs from setup through production
Coordinate details between sales, production, and fulfillment
Design & Store Setup Support
Assist with simple t-shirt designs and logos (basic edits only)
Build and manage basic online stores for print-on-demand using Fulfill Engine
What This Role Really Is At its core, this role is the “preparation engine” for the sales team. You handle the setup, organization, and coordination work that allows salespeople to stay focused on clients, relationships, and closing deals.

Client Relationship:
You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
Payments:
All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
Vacation Leaves and Holidays:
While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
