
Our industrial equipment manufacturing client is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support continued growth. This role focuses on engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities, and helping customers select the right equipment through a consultative sales approach.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and engage customers via phone, email, and inbound leads Qualify opportunities and manage a sales pipeline within a CRM Conduct virtual product demonstrations and system walk-throughs Educate customers on product benefits, safety, and ROI Prepare quotes and proposals and support deal closure Collaborate with operations and field sales teams Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of inside or B2B sales experience Experience selling industrial equipment, capital goods, or technical products strongly preferred Confident phone presence and comfort with outbound outreach Consultative selling and lead qualification experience Clear, professional communication skills Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial products CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Compensation
