This dynamic role involves direct-to-door sales, where you\'ll have the opportunity to leverage your sales skills to provide our homeowners with tailored roofing solutions. With streamlined systems and processes in place, we provide our team with the tools they need to excel. Responsibilities

Focus on generating new business and helping homeowners through the repair process Identify and pursue new client opportunities through prospecting and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base Navigate homeowners through the insurance process to ensure they receive exceptional service Conduct inspections for roof damage (includes climbing on roofs) Recommend upgrades or additional options based on their specific requirements Schedule and meet with insurance adjusters Educate homeowners throughout the process Communicate effectively and clearly with homeowners and team Update statuses in CRM throughout process Detailed documentation in CRM Travel to predetermined areas that have recently experienced storm damage and assess damage on single-family roofs Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals Pivot as situations change and move the sales process forward Attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions Collaborate with production team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support Qualifications
