Territory Representative

to develop and grow business across the Chicago market. This role focuses on new business development, account expansion, and relationship management within a defined territory. The Territory Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and maintaining a strong market presence within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sales goals Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing accounts Engage decision-makers and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle Coordinate with internal teams to support projects, orders, and client expectations Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting in a CRM system Provide regular updates and market insights to sales leadership Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Experience & Qualifications 3–4 years of B2B sales experience Background in

luxury furniture, home furnishings, hospitality, design, or contract sales

strongly preferred Proven ability to generate new business and close opportunities Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Self-directed with the ability to manage priorities independently Territory: Chicago and surrounding market Employer information shared later in the interview process
