Territory Sales Representative – Contract Sales (NYC) Confidential Company Growing company in the high-end furnishings and contract design sector is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Representative to oversee sales and business development within the New York City market. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with a passion for the A&D industry. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Representative to expand our presence in the NYC area. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing new business, managing key client relationships, and driving contract sales. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the NYC territory Identify and secure new business opportunities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with design firms, architects, and other key clients Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals Provide exceptional support and service to clients Monitor market trends and report on competitive activity Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales Background in contract sales, luxury furnishings, or design industry preferred Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Self-motivated and goal-oriented Location: New York City and surrounding area Field-based role with travel within the territory Incentive-based compensation structure Employer details disclosed during the interview process Paid disability coverage Retirement plan with company match after one year
