Collaborating closely with Marketing Demand Generation teams, the ideal candidate for this role is adept at working independently as well as in group settings, helping to design, create, and collaborate with key stakeholders to support marketing projects. The Marketing Operations Specialist will have the opportunity to contribute to optimization, troubleshooting, and supporting our marketing initiatives, with a focus on campaign, digital marketing, and operational support./ph3A Typical Day/h3pConduct QA for marketing campaigns to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards./ppProvide day-to-day support for campaign setup, tagging, list management, and tracking implementation./ppSupport digital marketing execution by coordinating with internal teams on campaign deployment./ppSupport qualified chat programs and optimizations./ppHelp document and refine operational processes, supporting scalability and knowledge sharing./ppBe a contributor and owner to the optimization, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, and events./ppAssist with reporting and data validation tasks to maintain accuracy in marketing analytics./ppCollaborate with fellow marketers, sales professionals, business analysts, and marketing leaders to ensure marketing execution meets desired outcomes and needs./ppDevelop and implement marketing plans./ppSupport the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, webinars, and event planning/coordination./ppAssist with the analysis of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns./ppPerform other duties when needed./ph3Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love.
