Senior Recruitment Consultant – Tech & GTM Recruitment
Talent is growing fast across the US, and we’re looking for a
Recruitment Consultant
to expand our presence in the
Technology & Go-To-Market (GTM)
space. This is a true
360° opportunity , ideal for someone who loves winning new business, building lasting client relationships, and placing top-tier talent across high-growth tech companies.
If you’re entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and energized by scaling a desk with huge market potential — this role is for you.
About the Role As a senior member of our NYC team, you will focus on driving growth in one, or a combination of,
IT, Cloud, Software Engineering, Product, and GTM roles
(Sales, CS, RevOps, etc.).
You will:
Build and scale a high-performing
Tech & GTM recruitment practice
Own a 360° desk across contract, freelance, and permanent hiring
Develop and execute a business plan targeting high-growth tech companies
Lead strategic business development and new client acquisition
Expand and deepen relationships with existing enterprise and scale-up clients
Represent Talent’s global service offerings and identify cross-sell opportunities
Partner closely with the Practice Lead & CEO on US expansion strategy
Collaborate with a high-performing team of experienced recruiters (“franchise players”)
This is an opportunity to

What You’ll Bring
1+ years of recruitment/sales experience (Tech OR GTM OR both)
Proven billing success in contract and/or perm recruitment a bonus
Confident developing new business and managing key accounts
Strong networks or interest in
cloud, SaaS, engineering, product, or commercial tech hiring
A fearless, high-energy approach to sales and relationship building
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously
Ability to travel locally & internationally
