The Operations Team facilitates the seamless intake of imported products by overseeing customs documentation, coordinating delivery schedules, and accurately classifying tariffs. Through effective customs clearance, the Operations Executive contributes to cost optimization and risk mitigation, while playing a pivotal role in ensuring supply chain stability and reinforcing brand credibility in the market.

Key Accountabilities Global Trade & Logistics Knowledge of Trade Operations - Familiarity with Incoterms, shipping schedules and customs clearance procedures Documentation Accuracy - Ability to prepare and manage commercial invoices, packing lists, country of origin, Import tax calculation, FTA application, CITES, and other trade-related documents Customs & Tariff Expertise - Understanding of HS code classification, duty rates, and import/export regulations including duty drawback Logistics Coordination - Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant shipments - Understanding of warehouse operations with 3PLs and freight forwarders Deadline & Schedule Management - Strong sense of time management to meet delivery and clearance deadlines - Effective communication to coordinate with overseas partners and international couriers Cost Awareness - Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics and customs processes Domestic Logistics & Operations Domestic transfer management between Office & Store & TSC Inventory management – QA, Sold order, High Jewelry Event, Wardrobe, etc. Local courier schedule organization (Special request / Holiday season / event support / Pop-up) Other Operations Job Hosting employee Sales twice a year Security operation support

Required Qualifications 2–5 years of customs clearance experience in the retail industry (preferably in FMCG), with a background in logistics or supply chain management Strong communication skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills Solid understanding of inventory management principles Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with a detail-oriented personality Ability to respond promptly and effectively to operational issues
