We’re currently looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive high-value partnerships with influencers, content creators, and affiliates.

Are you a natural connector with an already established network in the business credit, fintech, or entrepreneurial space? This is not your traditional sales or account management role — it’s about creative outreach, partnerships, and high-impact strategy. What You’ll Do

Identify, recruit, and activate influencers, affiliates, and partners aligned with small business, credit, or finance audiences. Leverage existing relationships to deliver fast wins — and build new partnerships through targeted, strategic outreach. Own the full lifecycle: outreach → relationship-building → onboarding → performance tracking. Lead or join podcast conversations, virtual events, and co-branded campaigns that deepen engagement. Partner with internal teams (marketing, sales, partnerships) to align messaging and optimize promotion. Launch innovative affiliate campaigns that drive qualified leads and high conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of business development experience in affiliate/influencer partnerships (not general sales or account management). Established network in the business credit, fintech, entrepreneurial, or small business creator space. Strong strategic mindset — you’re not waiting for scripts, you’re building the playbook. Excellent communication skills — confident on podcasts, Zoom, and DMs alike. Self-starter who can manage a pipeline, hit goals, and operate independently. Proficient in tools like Go High Level, Slack, Zoom, and social media platforms. Bonus: Experience working with SaaS, online services, or digital products for entrepreneurs.
