Growth & Partnerships Specialist – Influencer/Affiliate Channel
Remote – Full‑Time (W2). This role is only open to candidates residing in the following U.S. states: FL, MA, MO, NV, ID, OR, UT, CO, NC, SC, WI, AR, TN, WA.
Compensation
Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000/year + Quarterly Bonuses
Estimated Total Compensation: Up to $120,000/year

What This Role Is NOT

Not managing influencer posting schedules only.
Not entry‑level affiliate coordination; this role owns partner acquisition + revenue outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Identify, recruit, and activate influencers, affiliates, and partners aligned with small business, credit, or finance audiences.
Leverage existing relationships to deliver fast wins and build new partnerships through targeted, strategic outreach.
Own the full lifecycle: outreach → relationship‑building → onboarding → performance tracking.
Lead or join podcast conversations, virtual events, and co‑branded campaigns that deepen engagement.
Partner with internal teams (marketing, sales, partnerships) to align messaging and optimize promotion.
Launch innovative affiliate campaigns that drive qualified leads and high conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years owning or leading revenue‑generating affiliate or influencer partnerships, including recruiting, negotiating, onboarding, and scaling partners.
Established network in the business credit, fintech, entrepreneurial, or small business creator space.
Strong strategic mindset; you’re not waiting for scripts, you’re building the playbook.
Excellent communication skills; you’re confident on podcasts, Zooms, and DMs alike.
Self‑starter who can manage a pipeline, hit goals, and operate independently.
Proficient in tools like Go Hi Level, Slack, Zoom, and social media platforms.
Bonus: Experience working with SaaS, online services, or digital products for entrepreneurs.
