About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Investor Relations to take on a pivotal role in managing investor reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of portfolio companies across private equity investments. This includes providing both responsive and proactive support to existing investors, maintaining active relationships with portfolio companies, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The role also involves contributing to the creation of periodic performance reports, marketing materials, and conducting market and competitor research to support strategic insights.

Applicants for the Vice President of Investor Relations position at the company should have 5-7 years' of experience in investor relations within private equity or venture capital. A strong understanding of performance metrics and value drivers in the industry is essential, as is proficiency in data analysis and reporting with a keen attention to detail. The role requires advanced PowerPoint skills, familiarity with portfolio monitoring tools and investor relations systems, and excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
