The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for its Loan Workout team, a key role within the Asset Management department. The successful candidate will be tasked with the proactive oversight and resolution of a portfolio that includes specially serviced CMBS loans and other distressed debt assets. This demanding position requires a professional with a minimum of 7 years' experience in the workout of non-performing commercial real estate loans or debt asset management, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The SVP will be responsible for negotiating and structuring complex debt instruments, engaging with third-party consultants, and ensuring compliance with a range of financial and legal requirements. Additionally, the role involves underwriting new debt investments and participating in special projects as the Loan Workout platform adapts to market conditions.
