Key responsibilities include leading the ticket operations department, serving as the primary contact for ticketing partners, and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of ticketing innovation. The role also involves leading CRM and business analytics teams, analyzing data to inform sales strategies, and developing and managing the department's budget and business plan.

Applicants for the Associate Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in ticket operations, with a preference for those with 3+ years of management experience.
