About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Sponsorship Sales to spearhead the creation and implementation of dynamic sponsorship sales strategies that are particularly focused on partnerships in Las Vegas and long-term ballpark activation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing partnerships team, nurturing corporate partner relationships, and working across the organization to ensure the delivery of innovative and mutually beneficial partnership solutions. This role demands a senior leader who can oversee the entire partnership activation process, from contract close to ongoing engagement, and who is adept at managing large-scale sponsorships and integrated media deals.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years' of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or media sales, with a preference for those with a background in sports, entertainment, or agency environments. A minimum of 4 years' in a leadership role is required, along with a proven track record in securing and managing significant sponsorships. The role also calls for a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams. Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools is essential, as is the willingness to work a non-traditional schedule and travel as necessary. The Vice President will be expected to build and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate relationships, conduct market research for new opportunities, and collaborate with executive leadership to foster a high-performing sales culture.
