About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director/VP of Marketing to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses all aspects of the business. This includes but is not limited to, paid advertising, direct-to-fan communications, website SEO, event ideation and execution, and strategic marketing partnerships. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the visual brand and creative direction, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience for fans. Collaboration with various departments is essential to enhance the fan experience and drive revenue growth. The role involves managing a creative team, fostering database growth, and overseeing the club's retail presence, both physical and e-commerce.

Applicants for the Director/VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in marketing, creative, communications, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. A strong portfolio in videography, photography, and graphic design, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, is required. The role demands a leader with the ability to manage a team, collaborate across departments, and execute marketing strategies effectively. Proficiency in software integrations such as Meta Suite, email marketing software, and WordPress is necessary.
