The Company is seeking a Vice President for Social Impact in North America to lead its Center for Inclusive Growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic operator and integrator, responsible for the social impact strategy, program design, and partnerships across the U.S. and Canada. This role involves leading the core social impact agenda, designing and implementing high-impact programs, and managing flagship initiatives. The Vice President will also be tasked with strengthening governance, performance tracking, and impact reporting, as well as building and managing strategic partnerships with various stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires driving commercialization opportunities, supporting client development strategies, and embedding inclusive growth value propositions into the company's offerings.
Candidates for this position should have a deep understanding of both the private and social sectors, with proven experience in strategic operations, business development, or management consulting, particularly in the context of social impact or inclusive growth. A strong background in revenue-generating partnerships, commercialization strategies, and experience in philanthropy or corporate social responsibility is essential. The role demands exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment. An advanced degree in business, economics, or a related field is preferred. The Vice President will also be responsible for team operations, thought leadership, and representing the company at public-facing events.
