Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in capital markets, investment banking, or trading-related environments, with a preference for those with a background in internal audit or relevant control functions. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of regulatory expectations in markets and wholesale financial activities, exposure to data analytics tools, and professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CIA, CISA, FRM, or similar.
