About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Associate Dean of Academics to spearhead the strategic design and execution of a statewide academic expansion agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new programs, delivery models, and clinical and academic partnerships that align with workforce demand and institutional priorities. This role is pivotal in driving academic growth and expansion, and the ideal candidate will be an innovative and entrepreneurial academic leader with a strong vision for the future of nursing education.

Applicants for the Executive Associate Dean position at the company should hold an earned doctorate from an accredited institution, with a master's degree in nursing if the doctorate is not in nursing.
