The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and acquiring new business revenue through sales to both new and existing clients, with a focus on small to mid-size companies. This role involves providing tailored services to clients, participating in team sales situations, and managing overall client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of related experience, and the appropriate insurance licensing, or a combination of a Bachelor's degree, participation in a sales internship program, and the necessary insurance licensing. A high school diploma with 6 years of experience is also acceptable. Professional designations such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC, or ARM may be preferred.
