About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for one of its clinics in the ABA field. The successful candidate will be a natural leader with a hands-on approach to running a healthcare business and a proven track record in managing high-performing teams. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the clinic's success across four key areas: operations, growth, financial performance, and culture. The Executive Director will be responsible for the strategic expansion of the center, including client acquisition and retention, and will work closely with the Business Developer to foster community relationships. Financial acumen is essential, as the role involves managing the clinic's P&L, optimizing profitability, and collaborating with corporate teams to implement financial strategies.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 5 years' of operations and growth leadership experience in a high-growth service industry, particularly in healthcare, behavioral health, or education. A deep understanding of ABA therapy and allied health services is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader with a growth mindset, a proactive approach to client acquisition, and a focus on operational excellence. The Executive Director will also be responsible for talent retention and engagement, including hiring, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams. Relationship-driven leadership is key, with an emphasis on building trust with families, caregivers, and community stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have high emotional intelligence, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset, and will be committed to the mission of providing exceptional services to clients.
