Review and re-write current .ASPX (.NET 4.7) websites. Provide training on modern web development using .NET 8.0/10.0.

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

1. 5+ years of experience with .NET
2. 5+ years of experience with C#
3. 3-5 years of experience with HTML
4. 3-5 years of experience with CSS
5. 1-3 years of experience with Javascript
