We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a nationally recognized multifamily developer/builder. This individual will oversee day‑to‑day field operations for a major new high‑end multifamily development breaking ground imminently.

Client Details This company is one of the largest and most respected multifamily developers/builders in the United States, operating with the resources of a national powerhouse but maintaining a 20‑person, close‑knit Boston office. They specialize in large‑scale, luxury multifamily projects exceeding $100M, and are recognized for their commitment to quality, creativity, and long‑term team development. Description Lead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through closeout. Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, quality control, logistics, and daily field operations. Maintain safety compliance, conduct walkthroughs, and ensure adherence to project plans. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and PX on budgeting, sequencing, and execution. Drive communication between field teams, design partners, and ownership. Manage inspections, punch lists, and turnover to ensure premium‑level finish quality. Proactively identify issues, mitigate risks, and keep the project on schedule.

Profile A successful Superintendent should have: 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent Strong background in large ground‑up multifamily (ideally luxury or podium/garden style). Experience with high‑end finishes; ability to maintain premium quality standards. Proven track record managing subcontractors and fast‑paced, complex projects. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑driven environment. Tech proficiency with:
