Description Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Manage subcontractors and coordinate schedules to maintain project timelines. Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site inspections. Monitor quality control and resolve any issues promptly. Communicate progress and challenges to project managers and stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities and project milestones.
Profile 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial interior construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
