Oversee field operations on fast-paced commercial construction projects including grocery renovations, grocery-anchored retail, industrial tilt-up, and medical facilities. Client Details Our client is a large, well-established commercial general contractor with a strong footprint across the Southeast. Known for delivering complex renovations and ground-up projects for repeat clients, they offer a collaborative environment, steady backlog, and the ability to gain exposure across multiple construction sectors. Description Oversee day-to-day field operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics

Enforce safety standards and maintain quality control across all phases

Communicate daily with project management and senior field leadership

Track progress, resolve site issues, and mitigate potential delays

Maintain jobsite documentation, daily reports, and punch lists

Support project closeout and turnover activities

Profile Experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects

Grocery renovation, retail, industrial, medical, or school experience preferred

Open to junior or senior-level candidates depending on project background

Comfortable with occasional regional travel when projects require it

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, renovation-driven environment

Job Offer Competitive base salary ($100K-$140K, depending on experience
