Key Responsibilities The Continuous Improvement Manager will partner closely with front line supervisors and cross functional leaders to identify performance gaps, align priorities, and drive structured improvements across quality, manufacturing, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities include • Leading and coaching engineers and technical teams in the practical application of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and data driven problem solving • Reducing process variation, improving yield, and strengthening compliance with FDA and ISO requirements, with ISO 9001 experience acceptable • Driving plant layout, flow optimization, and team effectiveness initiatives that improve throughput and execution • Serving as a visible, customer facing leader who regularly interfaces with clients and represents the organization's commitment to operational discipline and continuous improvement • Building trust, driving buy in, and fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and sustained improvement

This role requires strong judgment, executive presence, and communication skills, as success depends as much on influence and optics as it does on tools and metrics.

Required Skills and Experience • Seven to ten years of experience in a manufacturing, medical device, or CDMO environment • Demonstrated Six Sigma expertise with hands on application of continuous improvement tools • Experience with plant layout and flow optimization • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and challenge technical teams • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage operators, leaders, and customers with credibility
