The

Customer Service Representative

is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

Receiving and responding to calls and requests from the general public, real estate agents/brokers, and other agencies. Handling customer inquiries related to escrow, flood, tax, foreclosure, insurance policies or claims, technical support, or other service areas based on business segment. Verifying customer contact and account information. Examining customer issues and implementing appropriate corrective actions to resolve requests. Escalating issues to supervisors or field locations when immediate action is required. Investigating, analyzing, coordinating, and tracking complex customer issues through resolution. Making proactive outbound calls to identify accounts requiring close attention and resolving identified issues. Maintaining and creating logs, reports, records, and files. Communicating with offshore call centers regarding processes or specialized situations when needed. Preparing customer billings, answering billing-related questions, and coordinating billing issue resolution with collections or other departments. Required qualifications for the position include:

High School diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of related customer service experience. General knowledge of company products and customer service operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred qualifications for the position include:

Experience working in a call center or service-oriented environment. Experience handling escalated or complex customer issues. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Pay Rate:

$21.82 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
