Job Description
Sika is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join it's growing team. Customer Service Representative's play a key role in working closely with the retail team to manage key customer responsibilities for residential accounts, ensuring a seamless process from order entry to payment. Key duties include maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with sales and support teams, and ensuring high-quality service through effective order management. Place customer orders and arrange for delivery via customers' preferences Enter all customer pricing into computer for invoicing accuracy Update pricing when project pricing is sent by regional managers Consolidate orders so that customers receive best freight charges Respond to needs of the customer by phone quickly and accurately Assist other customer service reps when needed Communicate order status to customers quickly and accurately Process RMAs, credits and rebills within required timeframes Increase customer awareness and satisfaction through personal contacts and/or visits Attend regional meetings to increase relationships with sales personnel Responsible for growth strategy development for national accounts Qualifications
Customer Service background Excellent computer skills- knowledge of SAP a plus Min. 5 years is customer assisted roles Ability to act independently and make decisions Ability to effectively interact with customers and other departments Excellent organizational skills Additional Information
