Product Knowledge and Presentation: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Mazda's inventory, including specifications, pricing, warranties, and features. Ensure vehicles are well-presented and ready for customer viewing. Assist in pricing and promotional initiatives and participate in sales events or special promotions. Customer Service and Follow-Up: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing follow-up support. Assist with paperwork, financing applications, and other administrative tasks.
